Racer check-in and the pre-race meeting will take place at the Econo Lodge on Friday, March 28th. Racer check-in will start at 3PM and will remain open until 7PM. There will be a mandatory gear check of all the required gear for all racers when they check in (excluding mountain bikes). The pre-race meeting will start at 7:30 PM sharp on Friday evening, which is when teams will receive all (or a portion) of their maps and course information for the race.

The Courses:  The course for both the Sunflower 12-Hour & 24-Hour are going to take racers on some of the best singletrack mountain biking trails in the region. It will also include backcountry orienteering, including plenty of bushwhacking and route decisions, as well as some urban orienteering! Racers can expect to paddle on lakes and rivers, and spend plenty of time getting dirty in the wilderness! The race will also include at least one rappel and either a traverse or zip line, or both! The 24-Hour course will consist of mountain biking 30-50 miles, trekking and running 15-30 miles and paddling 15-25 miles as well as a ropes course. 12-Hour racers should come prepared to complete 20-40 miles of mountain biking, 7-15 miles of running, trekking and bushwhacking and 5-10 miles of paddling as well as at least one rope element. Both courses will be completely navigation based, and teams should be proficient with using a map and compass in order to finish the course. Bonk Hard Racing is extremely excited about the courses for this year's race!

Divisions:  The race is open to 2-person and 4-person teams (co-ed, male, female)
